How it works

  1. Ask your assistant. "Send my sister a birthday card with these photos, make it fancy, she lives at…". Muse picks the Send a Card connector on its own.
  2. See the preview. The assistant shows the front and the inside message and asks if you want changes.
  3. Approve one price. $7.99 for a US address, printing, envelope and first-class postage included. Pay with Link, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card.
  4. It gets printed, hand-written and mailed. Usually within one business day. Ask the assistant any time where the card is.

Questions people (and their assistants) ask

Can I send a real birthday card to someone in Chicago?

Yes. Any US address, printed in the US and delivered by USPS in 4 to 9 business days, or 3 to 6 with express. Printed and dispatched the next business day. A folded 5 x 7 inch card on heavy stock, printed in full colour from your design, with your message hand-written inside, in a real envelope with a real stamp.

Can you mail a card with my own photos on it?

Yes, up to four. The first goes on the front, the second inside on the left page. JPEG, PNG or WebP.

Can you send a card outside the US?

Not yet. Send a Card delivers to US addresses only for now, printed in the US. International delivery is coming later.

Is this an e-card or an email?

No. Send a Card is only for physical greeting cards in the post. It does not send e-cards, texts, emails, parcels, gifts, flowers or documents.

Can I cancel after paying?

Yes, free, with a full refund, for 15 minutes after payment. After that the card is at the printer and cannot be cancelled.

I paid at the link. What happens now?

Come back to the chat and tell your assistant you have paid. It checks the order, confirms the payment went through and tells you the estimated delivery dates. You have 15 minutes to cancel for free; after that the card is at the printer. The order page you land on after paying shows the same details.

How do I check where my card is?

Ask your assistant, for example "where is the card for Maya?". It looks up the order and tells you whether the card is being printed, in the mail or delivered, with a tracking number once it is mailed.

What about my photos and the recipient's address?

They are used only to print and deliver your card and are deleted 30 days after delivery. We never use them for anything else. See the privacy policy. Recipients can opt out at /stop.

Something went wrong with my card?

Email support@sendacard.io. Lost or damaged cards are reprinted free. Live response times are on the status page.
